1. About BookMyTime.Co

BookMyTime.Co is an online appointment booking and business management platform operated by Techs4U ("we", "us", "our"), an Australian technology business. BookMyTime.Co allows business owners ("Business Users") to manage appointments, services, staff, and customer interactions through a hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

By registering for BookMyTime.Co, you ("Business User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Techs4U. By creating an account and ticking the acceptance checkbox at registration, you confirm that:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using BookMyTime.Co, you represent that you are acting in a business capacity and that your use of the platform is for legitimate commercial purposes.

4. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

5.1 Plans

BookMyTime.Co offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription plans. Features vary between plans. We reserve the right to modify plan features at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Fees

Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed as agreed with Techs4U at time of upgrade. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through Settings → Subscription Management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your Pro or Premium plan will remain fully active until that date and will not be removed immediately upon cancellation.

5.4 Refunds

Unless required by the Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, you will continue to have full access until the period ends but no pro-rata refund will be issued.

5.5 Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge and may be discontinued or modified at our discretion with 30 days' notice.

5a. SMS Credits & Messaging

SMS notifications are not free and are not included as an unlimited feature of any plan. SMS credits are required to send appointment reminders via SMS to your customers.

Pro plan subscribers receive 250 SMS credits and Premium plan subscribers receive 500 SMS credits upon plan activation. These complimentary credits are provided once at the time of initial subscription activation.

Once your SMS credits are exhausted, SMS reminders to customers will be paused until additional credits are purchased. SMS credits do not expire and carry over from month to month.

Additional SMS credits must be purchased as a top-up through your dashboard (Settings → SMS Top-Up). Top-up packages are available in the following denominations:

SMS top-up purchases are non-refundable. Credits are processed and added to your account balance within 24 hours of successful payment. In most cases credits are available within minutes, but we reserve up to 24 hours for processing, verification, and manual review. We are not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by incorrect phone numbers, carrier issues, or numbers that have opted out of messaging.

We reserve the right to modify SMS credit pricing, package sizes, or the SMS feature at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

5a(ii). SMS Program Terms (End-User)

This section sets out the end-user terms for the BookMyTime.Co SMS notification program and is provided to meet the disclosure requirements of U.S. mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC framework. For the full Privacy Policy disclosures relating to SMS, see the SMS / Mobile Information section of our Privacy Policy.

Program name

BookMyTime.Co SMS Notifications — operated by Techs4U (Australia) on behalf of businesses that use the BookMyTime.Co appointment booking platform.

Program description

The BookMyTime.Co SMS Notifications program delivers transactional SMS messages only. Message categories include: (a) appointment booking confirmations sent to customers who book an appointment through a BookMyTime.Co booking page; (b) appointment reminder messages sent to those customers before their appointment time; (c) new-booking alert messages sent to verified business owners; and (d) one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to business owners during SMS-number verification. No marketing, promotional, or third-party advertising messages are sent under this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and the sending business's reminder settings. A typical customer receives between 1 and 4 SMS messages per booking (confirmation plus up to three reminders, depending on the business's configuration). Business owners receive one alert per new booking received.

Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply in accordance with your mobile carrier's plan. BookMyTime.Co and the sending business do not charge end users for SMS messages received under this program; however, your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging or data charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message received from the program. The following keywords are also accepted and will unsubscribe you from further messages on the sending number: STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, and REVOKE. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation SMS and no further messages from that number. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Help instructions

For help with the SMS program, reply HELP or INFO to any SMS message received from the program. You may also contact our support team directly at the details below.

Support contact

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or using the BookMyTime.Co platform. You may decline to provide your phone number (where optional), reply STOP at any time, or ask the business to remove your phone number from their customer records.

No sale or sharing of mobile information for marketing

No mobile information (including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the transactional SMS messages described above, via our SMS gateway providers (Twilio Inc. for U.S. numbers; ClickSend Pty Ltd for numbers in other regions) acting as processors on our behalf.

5b. Email Notification Usage & Fair Use Policy

BookMyTime.Co includes email notification services (appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices and similar transactional emails) as part of our booking platform. The use of these email notifications is actively monitored to ensure platform stability and deliverability for all users.

BookMyTime.co expects all businesses to use email notifications responsibly and within the spirit of fair use. Email notifications must only be used for legitimate appointment-related communications with your customers (e.g. booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations). They must not be used for bulk marketing, promotional campaigns, or any unsolicited mass communications.

What constitutes excessive or abusive usage:

Consequences of excessive or abusive email usage:

We are committed to providing reliable, fast email delivery to all businesses on the platform. Responsible, fair usage by every business helps us maintain this service free of charge on the Free plan and at reasonable rates on paid plans.

5bb. Customer Payments via Stripe Connect

Premium plan subscribers may connect their own Stripe account to collect payments and deposits directly from customers at booking time ("Customer Payments"). This feature is powered by Stripe Connect and is subject to the following terms:

5bb.1 Payment Processing

All customer payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms of service, fees, and processing charges. BookMyTime.Co does not process, store, or have access to customer card details. Funds from customer payments go directly to your connected Stripe account.

5bb.2 Platform Fee

Customer payments via Stripe Connect are currently offered with no additional platform fee from BookMyTime.Co — you keep 100% of customer payments (less standard Stripe processing fees charged by Stripe directly).

BookMyTime.Co reserves the right to introduce a platform processing fee of up to 2.5% on customer payments collected through Stripe Connect. Any such fee will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to affected businesses via email before taking effect. Continued use of the Customer Payments feature after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated fee.

5bb.3 Availability

Customer Payments via Stripe Connect is available exclusively to Premium plan subscribers. The feature may not be available in all countries. Availability is displayed in your Settings page and is subject to change. If you downgrade from Premium, payment collection will be paused and all services will revert to free booking until you re-subscribe to Premium.

5bb.4 Refunds & Disputes

Refunds and chargebacks on customer payments are the sole responsibility of the business owner and are handled through your connected Stripe account. BookMyTime.Co is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer and accepts no liability for payment disputes.

5c. Cancellation, Downgrade & Support Policy

5c.1 How Cancellation Works

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription Management → Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation:

5c.2 Effect of Downgrade to Free Plan

When the paid billing period ends and your account reverts to the Free plan, the following changes take effect automatically:

Your booking page, appointment history, customer records, services, staff, and business hours are never deleted or affected by a plan downgrade. You may re-subscribe at any time to restore full access.

5c.3 Business User Responsibility to Prepare for Downgrade

It is your sole responsibility as the Business User to prepare for a plan downgrade before it takes effect. Techs4U accepts no liability for loss of access to data, reports, or features that occurs as a result of a subscription cancellation or downgrade.

Before your billing period ends and your account reverts to the Free plan, you must:

We recommend completing these steps as soon as you receive the cancellation confirmation email, and not leaving them until the last day of your billing period.

5c.4 Post-Downgrade Support — Chargeable Assistance

If you require assistance from Techs4U following a plan downgrade — including but not limited to recovering or reconstructing data, exporting records, reconfiguring settings, or any other support tasks that would have been straightforward to complete prior to downgrade — such support will be provided on a chargeable basis at Techs4U's standard professional services rate at the time of the request.

Free plan support entitlements do not include post-downgrade recovery or administrative assistance. To avoid incurring these charges, we strongly encourage all Business Users to export their data and complete all necessary preparations before the downgrade date as outlined in clause 5c.3.

Chargeable support is provided subject to availability and must be arranged by contacting [email protected] with a support ticket via techs4u.com.au.

Appointment records are retained in anonymised form for business reporting purposes.

7.4 Data Security

7.5 Techs4U as Data Processor

7.6 Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Policy, which applies to both Business Users and their customers, is available at our Privacy Policy page. You must display a link to the customer-facing privacy policy on your booking page, which BookMyTime.Co does automatically.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as your business logo). By uploading content, you grant us a licence to display it on your booking page and within the platform.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages where possible.

BookMyTime.Co is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

You acknowledge that the platform is a tool to assist your business operations and that you remain responsible for your own business decisions and customer relationships.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.

On termination, your right to use the platform ceases. We will retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, unless otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform. Your continued use of BookMyTime.Co after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
