Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and the business's reminder settings. Msg & data rates may apply in accordance with your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers (including the carriers identified below) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All categories of personal information listed in this Privacy Policy are subject to the sharing restrictions described above; however, mobile opt-in information and consent are specifically excluded from sharing with any third party under any circumstances.

Business owners who wish to receive SMS alerts about new bookings must (1) enter their mobile number in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications & SMS Settings, (2) receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by SMS, and (3) enter the OTP to verify the number. SMS notifications to the business owner are only enabled after successful OTP verification. Business owners can disable SMS notifications at any time by un-ticking the SMS notification option in their settings.
Your personal information is stored securely on servers located in Australia or in countries with comparable data protection standards. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data.
All data is stored and processed in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) at the system level to ensure accuracy across time zones as BookMyTime.Co serves businesses in multiple countries.

BookMyTime.Co offers an optional Google Calendar integration that allows business owners to sync customer bookings to their own Google Calendar. This section describes how we handle information obtained from Google APIs when a business owner chooses to connect their Google account.
When a business owner connects their Google account, we request the following Google OAuth scopes:

You may disconnect your Google account from BookMyTime.Co at any time via Settings → Integrations → Disconnect Google Calendar. When you disconnect:
